Finally we’ve been told when Ellie will start at nursery.

The date is Monday 29th September.

Ellie’s been looking forward to it ever since Gemma took her to an open day in March. She is so excited!

It does mean that our little girl is growing up fast.

Gemma and Ellie went to the school today for a pre-visit. Ellie absolutely loved it. She was shown round, had a play, and met a couple of other girls who would be starting on the same day. Ellie was quite excited when she was shown her own little peg to hang her coat on. It was actually personalised with a daffodil, it’s quite apt as Ellie is Welsh

We’ve now got just over 3 weeks to get Ellie fully prepared, it’ll be strange to leave her at the school that first time, more so for Gemma than me, as Gemma spends all day with her at present.

Yes, our little girl is growing up.
