I know what ya mean, Gareth. People drive like maniacs here in Indiana. They never signal when they are changing lanes, either. When it rains and/or snows, they drive faster. Then you’ve got the dolts talking on their cell phones or text messaging when they should be concentrating on the road in front of them. It’s especially dangerous because we have so many deer running across the road. They’re so hyperactive now because it’s mating season for them. Ya never know when you’re going to bang into some deer while they’re banging away themselves.

@Sy: I’m seeing so many of these muppets each day that I can’t even remember every incident!!
I had one of those white van men up behind me the other day, he was so close I couldn’t see his headlights. Needless to say he crapped himself when he saw my brakelights come on!!! He never came within 50yds of me then

My favourites are the dingleberries who wait until it is raining hard and then drive WAY too close or go steaming past even though they cant see ahead. I had one do that following me the other day, and then he cut me up…and then he pulled in to the staff car park at work. We had a chat.
