Top Gear Live
It’s taken me a while to get round to writing about our trip to see the MPH Car Show and Top Gear Live show at the NEC in Birmingham.
We made the trip for Gemma’s brother Shaun’s 21st birthday, and we all had a great time, with the highlight being the “Top Gear Live” show.
Below, you’ll be able to see some of the better photos from the day.
Overall, it was very enjoyable. We managed to see all of the exotic cars on display, from the Aston Martin DBS to the Ferrari F430, and much more.
Gemma was really pleased as she got to sit in one of her beloved Aston Martins 
The only minor criticism that I would have is that the MPH Car Show was not quite what I expected. I was expecting the stands to belong to the manufacturers like Aston Martin and Ferrari, but even though all the cars were there, the stands were mainly being run by companies trying to sell driving experiences etc.
Like I say, it’s only a minor criticism, and it didn’t spoil our enjoyment of a great day out.

You lucky git!! I really need to start getting out to these things. I was going to put my name down for the Top Gear TV recording too, but I am busy in 2 years time!
I think you’ll have to wait a little longer than 2 years. I put our names down over 3 years ago and still not heard anything!
The last rumour I heard was that the waiting list was about 7 years!!!
7 years? DAMN! I think I will do a little research!!
